Our management is here to help! Management team members are on-site Monday through Friday, ready to assist.
At the Viridian, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Scottsdale! You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you can call our emergency maintenance line.

The Viridian has covered, garage parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in Scottsdale is even easier.

The Viridian is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about weight requirements or pet rent!
In each of our Scottsdale apartments, you'll find stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love.
ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING
Our applications take up to 24 to 48 hours to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
When living at these Scottsdale Apartments, renter's insurance is required. We offer a master policy for all our residents, or you may supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information on renter's insurance, contact our leasing team who would be happy to discuss!
We are equipped for Cox Communications.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
At these Scottsdale apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible for setting up your electricity service with SRP, using the online service at www.srp.com.
Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, and all others utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

When reviewing an application to rent at Viridian, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 2.5 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent).
Our rental qualifications include income at least 2.5 times the rent, good rental history, and satisfactory credit and background screening.
Our property uses Yardi to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past pay stubs, to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Open bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.
You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At the Viridian, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these Scottsdale apartments get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Scottsdale, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask that upon move-out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
We do not allow subletting or AirBNB listings.
To make sure the Viridian is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.
